Topshop Sheer Lips Review

Image
Topshop Sheer Lips in Nuclear & Red Alert Topshop's new lip range! I bought two colours which I thought would compliment my skintone in Nuclear and Red Alert. They had a light nude sort of colour which wouldn't suit my complexion as I have dark pigmented lips, it would look too sheer and I think they had a deep plumy shade too. How they look/feel: They come on sheer with the first layer like a tinted lip balm, the more you apply and layer on the more stronger colour you can get. Its lovely for a sheer lip tint or if you want a bolder look its definitely buildable. The are very moisturising and soft on the lips, not sticky though. Only thing is with these moisturising lip tints is that during the day they kind of seep outside your lips, so don't get carried away and use right to the rims of your lips, I use it just as a natural lip tint. Topshop Bronzer in 'Sandcastle' Review

Image
Topshop Bronzer in Sandcastle I'm glad I bought this, I don't usually use bronzers much and never experimented with them but as spring and summer is on the way, I do love a good sunkissed look! How it looks: Topshop have two shades, 'Sandcastle' and 'Mohawk'. Sandcastle was the lighter shade which I got and Mohawk was slightly darker. I prefer matte bronzers as I don't like to look shimmery or glittery, specially with oily skin, I prefer using highlighters for glowy looks. As this bronzer is matte its also perfect for contouring too. This shade is perfect for subtle contouring, as it's just slightly a shade or two darker than my own skin tone, and I use it across my forehead or anywhere else I want to add warmth too. Sometimes if my foundation looks abit too light, I use this too warm up my face. The shade name is spot on as it really does look like sand, it also reminds me of the toffee colour.
