Australian Organics Shampoo and Conditioner - for Dry, coloured or chemically treated hair

I bought this from Hollands and Barratts, was looking for a natural shampoo and conditioner range and I got the 'Intensive Care shampoo' and 'Nourishing Restorative conditioner' 'for dry coloured or chemically treated hair'.

I will go straight into my review and say the products I got were just okay. First few washes my hair felt nice; very cleansed and healthy looking, but after finishing all of the bottles now I feel my hair didnt feel improved or look better in anyway.  One thing I did like about this product is how refreshing it made my scalp feel. My scalp felt very clean and my roots felt soft. It's not a harsh product but cleans your roots and hair thoroughly. Most Natural shampoos leave a residue or don't clean properly so if your looking for a shampoo that thoroughly cleans then I would recommend this product. 

My mid-lengths and ends of hair felt dry, its not that moisturising and if I didnt use a serum after, my hair felt pretty dry, I have dry wavy thick hair naturally so was hoping this would add bit more shine or moisture to my hair as this range is for dry coloured hair although it didnt do much for my hair. The conditioner looks thick in the bottle but its quite light, I usually leave it on my hair for few minutes before I wash it off, it does make my hair feel smoother, although once my hair is dryed and styled its not that soft or shiny!

This stuff smells lovely and refreshing and my hair feels refreshed, but for my hair type it just didn't do it justice. The ingredients seem pretty natural and  there are not alot of chemicals. The sulphate in this product is coconut derived which is more of a milder version than SLS so it's not harmful for the scalp. (from what I've researched!)





My Final Thought:
I don't think I'll be buying this brand again. It could possibly be a really good range with those that already have perfect shiny soft hair,  but for those that are looking to improve their hair - it didnt do anything restorative or nourishing for me as it describes. I liked how it made my scalp and head feel refreshed and soothed due to the ingredients in it but overall I was expecting more. As much as my hair felt wonderfully clean my hair lacked shine, moisture, and lushness!

Naturtint Permanent Hair Dye in 6N Dark Blonde and 7N Hazelnut Blonde| Review

So over the past year I have tried a few different hair dyes, toners mainly from drugstores like Boots or Superdrugs and I always seem to come back to the Naturtint range. I find the coverage and the shade very much close to whats on the box, my hair NEVER ends up going jet black which it has done from other dye brands. I especially like the 'Natural/Neutral' range in Naturtint, its not too warm or too cool, just a very natural mid brown toned shade and I love it. I usually swap between 5N and 6N depending if i wanted to go abit darker or lighter. Over the summer I decided to mix 6N and 7N to see if I could go abit more lighter so I mixed both shades together. EX1 Invisiwear Liquid Foundation & EX1 Delete Concealer Review and Swatches

EX1 Invisiwear Liquid Foundation This brand is fairly new and was founded by Farah Naz. Like many asians its hard to find foundations that match your skin tone perfectly. Some are too pink toned, high street brand only go upto a certain shade which doesn't cater for asian complexions or you find a shade but the brand is too expensive! Farah Naz has brought out a range specifically for olive skin tones. When she says olive, it means its suitable for Middle Eastern, Asian, South American or Mediterranean skintones. Shade: I came across EX1 Costmetics on twitter, Faryal Makhdoom posted a picture of some of the products and it intrigued me to visit their website. I read somewhere that they now have the brand in Topshop in Oxford Street so I went and purchased the shade F300. I did swatch the F200 in store but I think thats more of an NC 25-30 shade.
