Nature's Aid Skin, Hair and Nails 

After a really bad haircut I was figuring out my next plan on how to grow my hair back! I was using hair oils at the time but wanted something to take orally to speed up the process. I came across Nature's Aid Skin, Hair and Nails formula. What appealed to me was that these were suitable for Vegetarians. The one's in Hollands & Barrett's are not suitable for Vegetarians.So yay I was happy.

Well, I've nearly fnished the bottle...4 tablets to go, so think I'm due a review.  I didn't have no side effects from these and took one a day with a meal like it says. It's a 3 month supply with 90 tablets.

I'll go straight into my review with this, I think in terms of the contents/ingredients in this bottle they are pretty good and standard to what nails, skin and hair formulas have. I looked at the Holland & Barrett's range and it was pretty similar to what was in Nature's Aids. 

The thing with these products is you don't neccessarily know if they worked unless you see a BIG difference.

Focusing on my hair, as this is what I used it for, I feel that my hair did grow longer, but not enough to say it grew faster because if this product. I did have less hairfall though, I feel my hair was pretty strong at the roots and I was getting less fall out in the bathtub. On the condition of my hair...hmm..it was still the same, didn't feel silkier, smoother, or softer - not sure if these products are meant to do that anyways.

I didn't notice a difference in my skin or nails either, I have pretty good skin to begin with, occasional hormonal breakouts but nothing major lately and my nails grow at a good pace - didn't feel any better!

 

My Final Thought
I won't be buying this product again as I feel it didn't work for me. I didn't notice any specific hair skin and nail changes from this. My bad haircut and the layers have grown out abit but apart from that I look and feel pretty similar to what I did before I took these. If anything I wonder if I will notice any withdrawal symptoms when I stop using this!

I have used another product of there's before which was the Agnus Castus and that REALLY worked for me for a complete different reason, that's why I wasn't hesitant to try this brand as I have been recommended their products by a nutritionist at a health store I get them from. Just this product in particular didn't really make my hair grow faster I might try Hairinifinity next.......

Loreal Colour Riche Matte Lipstick in 640 Erotique | Review & swatch

Love this range of Matte lipsticks from Loreal. I picked up two other shades but this is currently my favourite go to nude shade at the moment. It's the perfect medium deep warm pinkish slightly brown toned shade that looks so flattering on medium/tanned skin. I think its such a nice warm nude it would probably suit all complexions to be honest, it wouldn't wash you out.  My Final Thought The lipsticks are so pigmented and smooth and the lasting power is really good. I love the packaging and the crocodile print texture on it just makes it look so classy. Boots and Superdrugs in the UK have the 3 for 2 offer so often its worth picking up 3 shades, they are priced so reasonably and totally worth the colour pay off and quality.
