Organix Renewing Argan Oil of Morocco Review
Organix Renewing Argan Oil of Morocco Review
I'll get straight into the review...I don't like the smell! It smells too much like a perfume, not natural enough. If you like cosmetic fragrance smells then this will be fine for you. I'm not one that bothers too much about fragrances, but I like my hair smelling fresh, or fruity or something thats abit more natural. I would of preferred the natural smell of argan which is just nutty compared to this.
How I use it/makes my hair feel
It says its a 'Weightless reviving dry oil' which it is - it has a slippery thin textured oily feel. It's not greasy or heavy on the hair, its almost like a thin smooth textured serum. I spray this on my hair when its damp, nearly dried and it helps get the tangles out my hair when I'm combing it through and I'm able to blow dry my hair smoothly too. I have very thick hair so I did not find it helped my hair look any better, although it did help make it feel smooth.
My Final Thought
Abit over the fence about this product in terms of that it does do what it says, but I'm just not feeling the product! I think its a really good lightweight spray for those with thin or fine hair, as this won't weigh your hair down as its not a heavy product, you can spray as much or as little as you need. It's not the most natural argan oil hair product out there so I'm just wondering can it really benefit my hair - nope.
Personally as I have thick hair I need something more moisturising and softening, I prefer more natural products when it comes to my hair but I just picked this up on a whim as it was discounted. The smell puts me off so I wouldn't buy this again, it does make my hair soft, but obviously it's just a styling product and doesn't rejuvenate hair or replenish it, which is what I always look for in a hair product - something that helps it along the way.
I'd love to find an all natural hair serum/styling product - any ideas?
