Body Shop's Grapeseed Glossing Serum Review - This stuff is the shizzle!
Grapeseed Glossing Serum by The Body Shop
I've been through bottles of Kerastase Elixir (which was in fact pretty good), Aussie's Curl Definition Serum (hair felt greasy), John Friedas range for Frizzy hair (hmm okay), Macadamia range (good, but feels like its coating hair)....and then I wanted to try something different. I was intending to get another bottle of the Kerastase Elixir although I felt abit relectant to pay £30 for it. Don't get me wrong it's a great investment, but when you on a budget it's abit tough departing on £30 on a hair product! Anyways, whilst browsing online for hair serums, I stumbled upon on Body Shop's Grapeseed Glossing Serum. It had really brilliant reviews, and I thought it's worth a try specially if your on a budget.
I'm not the biggest fan of Body Shop; their products are not completely natural so I tend to just buy a few things from them, I find a few of their products are abit hit and miss, however due to the amazing reviews on this I thought it must be worth a try.
How it looks/feels:
When you hear 'Glossing Serum', you just think shiny hair, but this stuff makes your hair feel soft and manageble too. Along with shiny hair, my hair just feels smooth and healthy looking. I can't stop touching my hair during the day as it just feels so soft, usually in cold weather it looks dry and wiry but with this it looks soft and fluffy.

Packaging
The bottle is small, but you can squeeze as little or as much as you want which is really good. Due to its small size it's perfect to put in your handbag or for travelling.
Method:
Once my hair is washed and towel dried I use about two small pumps and work it through the end of my hair first and whatever's left on my hands I smooth through from the top to mid -length of my hair. This helps to smooth and soften my hair whilst it's drying. Once my hair is dried and styled how I want it, I work through about one to two pumps through mid-length to ends. This gives a lovely shine in my hair, and enhances my hair style and cut.
My Final Thought:
This really has made a difference to my hair, it looks smoother and healthy. I would defintely buy this product again. It's a product that subtly makes a big difference to my hair. My hair is thick and wavy and this glossing serum does not way it down it, or make it appear greasy or feel like I have residue on my hair, it just sinks in. A little goes along way, the bottle may appear small but you really don't need to pump loads of this stuff to make a difference. It has a really light fresh smell to it aswell, nothing overbearing or sweet.
This stuff makes your hair that one bit better so it's def worth a try!
