Afterglow Cosmetics Organic Triple Eye Treatment Concealer Review

Afterglow Organic Triple Eye Treatment in Praline

Absolutely love this concealer! This was my first well spent concealer...and I've hit pan and pretty much completed the Jar in over a year now. I love the fact it is a natural treatment and a concealer in one pot not to mention anti ageing.

Shade
It doesn't clog pores in the eye area, a little goes a long way with this product as its so pigmented you don't really need to layer it on. one coat is enough for me. I have to say when I first got the Jar I was shocked as I thought it was so small (which it is), but its money well spent as its lasted me aaaaaages and gives brilliant coverage which is perfect for my skin tone. If your round an NC35 to NC42 then Praline is the perfect shade for you, specially if your warm, golden or olive toned, it will blend in well. It's a semi-matte to dewy finish and brightens up the eye area.

The ingredients are organic and natural which is the most important thing for me, specially if it's something you are going to use everyday.

Ingredients:
cocos nucifera (organic coconut) oil, simmondsia chinensis (organic jojoba) seed extract, cera alba (organic beeswax), theobroma cacao (organic cocoa) seed butter, althaea officinalis (organic marshmallow) extract, camelia sinensis (organic white tea) extract, titanium dioxide (CI 77891), iron oxide (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499)

 My Final Thought:
I have used this product everyday for the past year and 3 months without fail (unless I got the flu and stuck in bed!), it gives a lovely glowy bright eyed natural complexion under the eyes. I have like most Asian women dark brown circles round the eyes and the eye bags, and this does wonders to cover them. This concealer doesn't crease or sheer or fade out, it stays put all day.

The only down side is that it is a little on the expensive side but I see on the Afterglow cosmetics website they sometimes have a sale on them in the UK website, so its best to try get them then.

I feel good using an all natural and organic product round the eyes, its the most sensitive part of your face so its best to take care of it, and look good at the same time!

I will probably purchase this again in the near future, I might just see if I can find cheaper alternatives (got my eye on the Studio 78 eye concealer), but this will be my favourite for now, unless I come across a miracle product at a lower cost, but natural/organic and budget buys don't really seem to go together...HMM!
