Naturtint Permanent Hair Dye in 6N Dark Blonde and 7N Hazelnut Blonde| Review

So over the past year I have tried a few different hair dyes, toners mainly from drugstores like Boots or Superdrugs and I always seem to come back to the Naturtint range. I find the coverage and the shade very much close to whats on the box, my hair NEVER ends up going jet black which it has done from other dye brands. I especially like the 'Natural/Neutral' range in Naturtint, its not too warm or too cool, just a very natural mid brown toned shade and I love it. I usually swap between 5N and 6N depending if i wanted to go abit darker or lighter. Over the summer I decided to mix 6N and 7N to see if I could go abit more lighter so I mixed both shades together. I have asian dark brown practically looking black hair and when I use the shade 5N I get a nice medium to dark brown shade to my hair.  When I want to get a more light medium brown shade thats more prominant and noticable then I usually go for 6N which I'd say is the perfect...

Superdrug's Colour Rewind Review - and OMD it actually works!

Colour Rewind Review A brief history of what I've been upto with my hair. A while back I used Loreal Rimini which is really good for those with natually or dyed dark hair as it brought my hair upto a lovely light brown. However silly me, always wanted a change; decided to be abit different, so I bought a box of Live Violet hair dye. Now, I've used Live hair dyes before and they've always made my hair go jet black and I never get that purple hue or blue hue etc but as their was a sale and it said it had some lightening in the pack I thought hey ho let's try it. Well it darkened my hair quite abit and then left me with a red halo which was slowly fading to orange...the worst colour! I then used a semi permant hair dye, I used a dark brown to get rid of the halo.....then waited 4 weeks and used Nice and Easy Light Ash brown to get back to a nice neutral brown.  That wasn't happening because of all the hairdye build up!!! Jane Iredale Mineral Pressed Powder Foundation Review

Jane Iredale Mineral Pressed Foundation in Golden Glow I was really getting into Mineral makeup (and still am!) and I've tried a few different brands so I thought I'd review them as I go along.  I was looking around for mineral foundations that would suit my asian skintone, and I came across Jane Iredale on the internet, and realised there was a salon just next to my workplace that had their products. I bought the Jane Iredale Mineral Pressed Powder in the shade 'GOLDEN GLOW'. It comes in quite a heavy sturdy gold coloured metal case, which is really good and this can be refilled with just the pressed powders, so love that idea, great investment. I have eastern asian nc35-40 skintone and anything that has the word 'golden' in it gets me interested! Hence, this shade was right up my street. I tried using this product in different methods.
